Can you decorate a shop without it closing?
Usually, yes. We work evenings, overnight or on the closed day, phase the shop by area, and leave every surface usable by opening time. Fast-drying water-based paints make that possible on woodwork as well as walls.
Do you provide a risk assessment and method statement?
Yes. RAMS, insurance certificates and product safety data sheets are supplied on request before the job starts, which most block managers and fit-out contractors require.
What paint do you use in commercial spaces?
Durable, scrubbable trade paints designed for heavy use: Dulux Trade Diamond, Johnstone's Acrylic Durable Matt, Crown Clean Extreme and similar. Low-VOC products for occupied buildings and anti-bacterial coatings for clinical areas.
Do you paint communal hallways in blocks of flats?
Yes, for block managers and residents' associations. We protect floors and doors, keep the stairs usable at all times, work to the agreed colour scheme and notify residents of the programme.
Can you do the outside of the premises as well?
Yes. Shopfronts, fascias, shutters, railings and the rendered or stuccoed elevation above the shop are painted as part of the same job, with the exterior work scheduled for dry weather.
